The complete set includes a General Information Body Builder Data booklet for information about the International Truck product line; model series Body Builder Data booklets which contain information related to the features and specifications for each of their respective models and Component Body Builder Data booklets containing information for components which have common application in two or more truck series.

Pricing covers most truck and engine combinations, 2007 engine oil requirements (CJ-4) ,original build level lube, fuel and water filters as stated per level of service and does not include local environmental fees, applicable taxes, crankcase ventilation filters, optional external filters, brake, clutch and belt adjustments, air filter or any mechanical repair. Program Description

Concept

The COPP program is designed to offer I-6 engine owners the opportunity to purchase any of three overhaul plans. V8 engine owners have the opportunity to purchase the COPP 5 plan.

The three plans are:

• -In-frame overhaul
• -Long block replacement
• -Renewed running engine replacement

The transferable Customer Overhaul Protection Program covers:

• -Navistar® new parts
• -ReNEWed® remanufactured parts
• -Up to 22 inspected items, depending on plan choice

*NOTE: Parts for any plan must be sourced through a Navistar PDC.

COPP 2A In-frame Overhaul

The COPP program is an extension of the parts warranty for the COPP 4 and 5 plans and claims are to be filed against the COPP coverage only after the expiration of the respective manufacturer's warranties.

For the COPP 4 plan the first year on long block failures is to be filed through the parts system as 55 E claims.

For the COPP 5 plan the first two years are filed through parts system as 55 E for I6 product and 55F for V engine product claims.
