OnCommand™ Parts Return Program puts valuable cash or credit in your hands for all makes of obsolete, unused or surplus parts. Use these credits to buy the parts you really need.

Turning parts into cash is simple. Just return your obsolete, unused or surplus parts in return for cash or purchasing credits that equal up to 100% of your returned parts' value. By participating in any Fleet Charge® program, you will receive credit instantly.

Parts Return Program features:

• Parts are valued at your carrying cost. This will be the original purchase price in the majority of instances.
• Apply cash or credit when ordering new parts
• Earn credit back, based on replacement part purchases from Navistar® and All-Makes
• Monthly reports earn-back percentage and chart growth
• Purchase history is not necessary with your local International dealer
• Access more than 1 million available part numbers throughout the International and IC Bus dealer network
• Flexible purchasing options
• Parts for return include any make or model of new/unused bus, truck or trailer parts (includes rebuildable dirty cores).
• Upon program approval, get an initial 25% credit payment for returned inventory amount.
• 75% remaining credit occurs over the program's life (maximum 5 years).
• Purchase-level credits are compensated via your Fleet Charge account or manual check — if Fleet Charge account is up to date.
