THE DOOR SLAM TEST

Our Door Slam Test studied real world usage in the most extreme conditions -40°F, 180° F, 104°F @ 95% relative humidity. We slammed each door to simulate a vehicle life of 10 years.

ACCELERATED LIFE TEST

This test validates the endurance and structural integrity of the vehicle body and chassis with vibrations and inputs. It was based upon an actual operation of a truck in a severe vocation for a time span simulating a vehicle life of 10 years.

SEVERE DUTY DITCH EVENT

Designed for Severe Service applications, this test provides extreme chassis twist and rear axle tandem twist through 4 ditch events that are 12” in depth.   

STAGGERED BUMPS TEST

Six staggered bumps, measuring 6 inches high & 16 feet long are strategically placed over a 126 foot long path. By generating torsional twist into the chassis we test stabilizing & equalizing suspension components.
