STRATEGY AND SCALABILITY
The first step in any evaluation is taking a look at the routes, range requirements, duty cycles, payload requirement and future growth factor of your current fleet to estimate what is needed in terms of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure. We would then look at local utility rates and provide a cost-benefit analysis to determine how to electrify your fleet. For some routes, an electric vehicle may not be appropriate. Other routes may be altered to maximize efficiencies and accommodate an electrified vehicle. The end result will provide a good financial yardstick to help inform vehicle and charging decisions.
SITE SELECTION AND ASSESSMENT
The desired charging location can have a significant impact on charging infrastructure potential. We'll perform due diligence in researching the site to determine zoning, power capacity, space, and existing power sources. The parameters of the site will then be determined and documented to assist with site planning.
INFRASTRUCTURE CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
With the site parameters set, we can determine the type and level of charging equipment. This process considers vehicles per charging location, charger output requirements and future fleet growth. After all, we want your business to be able to grow as much as you do, and we'll make sure you have the runway to do that.
