Katheryn started as a cashier at Tri-County International Trucks. She did so well with the customers at the front office that she was transitioned to service administrator, and recently was promoted to service advisor. She now handles all big accounts, along with corporate Idealease and our Idealease. She does all of the Cummins and International warranties and can look up parts for technicians.

Most of the large customers will only call Katheryn on her cell phone. They love the communication level she has with them, so much so that she has received Excellent Service in all the customer reviews. If we cannot get a part, she takes the initiative to contact their service departments to see if they can help expedite getting the truck repaired in a timely manner. She has stepped up as my top service advisor and, when I am out of the office, I have no worries that she can take care of business. Large fleet customers come to her for her knowledge of truck issues; she knows a lot about the trucks due to doing all of the warranties for Cummins and International. Customers only want to talk to her, and most of the trust is due to the continuous communication she has with the customers all day long. Katheryn takes care of most of the 360 documentation daily to keep her customers aware. She is willing to stay in constant contact with management via e-mail or face-to-face on all the situations that she has going on with the customers so that we stay in the loop.  

She is a team player, she is willing to help anyone in the office, and she is willing to help when the afternoon service advisor takes vacation. She helps the parts department as well as any of the techs who need her to look up warranties or parts if they are busy. Tri-County International Trucks is lucky to have Katheryn on the team.

Jadon is truly a breath of fresh air. He is smart, polite, funny, empathetic, and very helpful. Beyond any of that, Jadon truly goes above and beyond for our customers every single day at Regional International. Jadon is the person who customers seek out when they come to our service department. Although he works with an amazing team, his personality shines with every interaction with our customers, as well as with his fellow employees. Jadon has proven himself to customers time and time again. 

His knowledge of our products and his willingness to go into the parking lot to have customers show him what they cannot explain helps our technicians when it comes to diagnosing issues with the unit they are working on. Jadon has been known to also take customers into the shop to help them understand the issues that their unit is having. He has learned that these opportunities are instrumental in building rapport with our customer base. Customers who come in on a day that Jadon is off are visibly disappointed that they cannot chat with him during that visit.

Jadon has proven himself to be a great team player. He is always on time and can run the entire service department on any given day if need be. He can prioritize the work, decide who should work on what truck, and make sound judgment calls. The shop doesn’t miss a beat when Jadon is in charge. He is great with time management, and he has the trust of every one of our technicians. Not a day goes by that I do not observe Jadon going above and beyond to help out when we are short and to go the extra mile. Customers listen to him; it is obvious that the level of trust he has built throughout his time here at Regional International has been the talk among some of our owner-operators.

Jadon is one of the best service writers I have worked with in my 28-year career as a technician. His ability to communicate well from the customer to the technicians makes it easier to do accurate diagnostics and, therefore, have a happier customer. His combination of hard work, attention to detail, dependability, intelligence, and great attitude are what sets him apart. Some have some of those traits, but Jadon has them all. He’s an incredibly competent young man who has a very bright future!
