2022-2023 Uptime Academy Graduates

International® Truck and IC Bus® is delighted to graduate the 2022-2023 Uptime Academy Class! Congratulations to our 18 apprentices who graduated as Journeyman technicians. We are so excited to have partnered with our dealers and are beyond proud to have helped launch the career of new technicians, providing them with valuable knowledge, mentors, and hands-on experience. We wish you the best of luck!

The International® Truck and IC Bus® Uptime Academy is a 12-month OEM apprenticeship program for high school graduates that offers hands-on training to prepare for a career as a professional Service Technician. The apprenticeship includes 3,200 hours of real-world experience along with 800 hours of classroom time and lab work. Navistar and Dealers worked together to customize training units to match their specific needs, and graduates are then prepared to service multiple Navistar vehicle types— including electric and fuel cell technologies.
