Within two hours of your arrival, your truck is guaranteed a full diagnosis, a detailed evaluation of any repairs needed and a comprehensive estimate from the dealer. Plus, for many common repairs, the diagnosis and service can be completed within the two-hour window. To help streamline payment for these repairs, as well as more closely monitor your fleet charges and expenses, our Fleet Charge® fleet maintenance credit card. All so your trucks, and your business, can keep moving.
HOW IT WORKS:
GUARANTEED PRIORITY DIAGNOSTICS:Within two hours of arrival at the dealer, specially trained Express Diagnostics technicians evaluate the vehicle and determine the repairs required.*
PARTS SUPPORT:Parts requirements are included in the Express Diagnostics evaluation. If parts need to be ordered, they are expedited to arrive as quickly as possible.
COMMUNICATION:Receive the diagnostics results and repair time estimate within the two-hour window. Repair status updates keep you informed of progress.
*The following repairs are not eligible for Accelerated Service/Express Diagnostics:
body repairs, regularly scheduled repairs/preventive maintenance, multiple line repair orders.
