Breakdowns are inevitable, but they don't have to be a disaster. With our Emergency Breakdown Service (EBS) you get access to the resources you need to quickly and easily resolve your situation.

With EBS, every repair is managed to maximize quality and efficiency while controlling the related costs. And, because it runs through your Fleet Charge account,  all services performed by our network of 30,000+ independent roadside, tow and shop service providers can be are consolidated into your regular billing.

EBS can be added to your account at any time with no annual costs or hidden fees. Users are charged a $35 incident management fee per incident. But don’t wait until you are broken down to activate your access to this network.
