FACTORY-INSTALLED INTERNATIONAL® eMV™ SERIES BODY POWER OPTIONS
The International eMV Series truck offers ePower and ePTO options that use the propulsive batteries to power a wide range of body applications. From a simple plug in, to an electric motor with an SAE B Flange, you now have the muscle needed to get the job done.
ePTO ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The factory installed ePTO is ready to power your boom, crane, bucket and more. Quiet, electric power offers a variety of benefits including the ability of operators in the bucket to easily communicate with those on the ground.

ePOWER ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

DELIVERY
Need to make local deliveries? You can count on the eMV™ Series to get the goods from point A to point B-and anywhere in between. Plus the eMV™ Series may be able to access certain roads and urban areas where diesel trucks are not permitted, opening even more business opportunities.
SERVICE
Thanks to an advanced ePTO system available from the factory, a wide range of service bodies can be mounted. The near-silent power means operators in a bucket can now easily communicate with those below, enhancing both safety and productivity at the jobsite.
LANDSCAPING
Landscaping jobs require the transportation of a wide variety of tools and equipment while leaving room for the removal of branches, leaves and whatever else needs to go. This means a stake body is the preferred truck. The eMV Series stake body truck can handle whatever the job requires while driving in neighborhoods and municipalities without creating emissions or noise.
CONSTRUCTION
Construction takes both skill and capability. The eMV Series dump truck is ready to get to work on the jobsite. Offering all the toughness the diesel MV Series is known for, the eMV Series can haul, transport, and dump quietly and efficiently. In some cases, the eMV Series may be able to operate in places a diesel truck may not be appropriate, like a city park or inside a convention center.
REFRIGERATED
Equipped with the ePower feature, the eMV Series refrigerated truck gets power directly from the vehicle's battery pack, which provides the electricity needed to keep cargo at optimal temperatures.

Not every trip goes as planned - and not every other driver on the road is paying attention. That's why the International® eMV™ Series is equipped with safety systems designed to help your drivers (and your equipment) out of harm's way.
Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS)
Anti-Lock Braking Systems (ABS) help prevent the wheels from locking up during hard braking events. The system works by rapidly activating the brakes so the driver can still steer and maintain control of the truck while slowing down. This helps the driver avoid skidding, especially in slippery conditions like rain or snow. Most eMV™ Series non-emergency braking is accomplished through regenerative braking. This process uses the motor to slow the vehicle and directs the recaptured energy to the main battery which helps to extend the overall range of the truck.
Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
Bendix® Electronic Stability Control (ESC) technology is a full stability system, offering both roll and yaw stability to potentially help mitigate loss of control and/or rollover. This ABS-based system can potentially recognize and assist in both understeer and oversteer loss-of-control driving events. This advanced feature is particularly helpful in adverse weather conditions, including snow, ice rain, dust, sand, and more.
Automatic Traction Control (ATC)
Automatic Traction Control (ATC) can regulate wheel spin during acceleration to help improve traction in various conditions. The ATC system will intervene automatically at lower speeds by applying braking pressure to a spinning wheel and transferring engine power to other drive wheels that have better traction. This feature is especially useful at jobsites where road conditions may include dirt, gravel, sand, or ice.STEEL SANCTUARY.
For Strength, Safety, and Comfort
The eMV Series cab wraps your crew in a high-strength, low-alloy (HSLA) reinforced, cold-rolled steel construction that combines the corrosion resistance of aluminum with the world-class fit, finish, and strength of steel. The result is a larger, quieter, more protective interior with air- and water-tight seals.
INTERCOAT® CHEMGUARD
Think of it as a self-healing layer of skin on our galvanized steel. This inter-reactive, chrome-zinc phosphate coating is used on floor and toe kick panels to help extend integrity. The self-rejuvenating properties allow surface cuts, scratches, and perforations to maintain corrosion protection.
OPTIONAL SPRAY-ON FLOOR PROTECTION
This available polyurethane and polyurea formulation creates a protective tray on the cab floor that contains spills, as well as any of nature's elements that make their way inside. Durable and long-lasting, the optional spray-on liner is an OEM-grade protective coating designed to guard against abrasion, corrosion, and impact and can be found on over 4 million pickup bedliners.
Top-Down Strength
All eMV Series cab configurations pass the rigorous SAE J2422 cab roof strength test, as well as the standard European ECE 29 roof strength requirement. Both tests measure uniform vertical load applied to the roof. SAE J2422 also tests for angled side loads which is a National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirement.
Anti-Corrosion That's Anti-Compromise
At International Truck, longevity is the head of the hammer. Which is why every welded MV Series cab assembly is dipped into an electrostatically-applied primer as part of a rigorous paint, sealing, and coating process that provides superior corrosion and fade resistance - all backed by a 5-year perforation corrosion warranty.
CORROSION PROTECTION PROCESS
- Stamped steel with 60G/60G dual sided galvanized coating - standard on dash and toe and floor panels
- Custom-engineered caustic and surfactant formula cleans and preps the steel
- Proprietary tri-metal (nickel, zinc, manganese) phosphate blend provides robust corrosion protection and the first level of pain adhesion
- Epoxy-based electrodeposition primer, or e-coat, is applied. This covers and seals the entire exposed metal surface of the cab
- Acrylic basecoat
- Urethane clear coat
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
It's no secret electric vehicles require less maintenance. With substantially fewer parts, an electric motor simply does not have the maintenance or service requirements of an internal combustion engine. Plus, thanks to regenerative braking, the standard brakes last much longer between service intervals.
